Painting Solomon Kane Justice Posted on April 13, 2021 Finally, Justice comes onto the painting table, the last virtue we will paint before testing out the game… Justice was airbrushed in the fashion of the other 3 virtues… … using shades from dark blue to progressive lighter shades of blue and finally white. The base columns were painted GW Tallarn Sand and washed with GW Agrax Earthshade Once the wash was dry, acolumns were carefully dry brushed with GW Ushabti Bone (using a small dry brush such as GW’s) The chains of the scales were painted straight white and washed with thinned down Surf Aqua from P3 Metal was painted GW Leadbelcher and golden accent given a layer of GW Runelord Brass. All metal was given a wash of Nuln Oil Gloss And when the wash was dry, highlights were applied with GW Ironbreaker and Runelord Brass. A touch of white was applied to the facial and hair highlights, along with the top areas of the scale chainlinks and the edges of the sword. You may also play with lights and shadows on the sword blade using thinned out white. Justice steps into the world
